Urban Reload Money Farming: How to Grind Cash Fast

Cash in Urban Reload comes from Farm Zone NPC farming and PvP kills. Learn how to find the Farm Zone, run the repeatable farming loop, and what each kill pays.

Quick answer

Cash in Urban Reload comes from two in-game activities: farming the NPC bots in the marked Farm Zone, and killing other players in PvP. Farming is the repeatable grind — the game's own description lists 'Farm to grind cash fast' as a headline feature.

  • Find the Farm Zone by the symbols in the sky and the yellow skull landmark, matched to the same icon on the top compass.
  • Up to 10 NPC bots spawn at a time and chase you around the area. Kill them and collect the money from their bodies.
  • PvP kills pay cash too — the amount appears in a green notification next to the kill feed.
  • Observed NPC payouts ran roughly 950-1,300 cash per kill, and one player's test found headshot and body-shot pay essentially identical.

Where cash comes from

Urban Reload has two cash sources, and both are intended mechanics rather than tricks: the official game description advertises 'Farm to grind cash fast' right alongside the PvP gunfights, gun looting and weapon loss.

The two pay differently. A player kill pays out in street combat — finish a downed opponent and the award appears as a green cash notification next to the kill feed, which names the killer and the defeated player. Farming pays per NPC in the Farm Zone, where you can repeat the kill-and-loot cycle for as long as you want.

How to find the Farm Zone

The Farm Zone is a marked part of the map dedicated to cash farming, and the game points you to it with symbols shown in the sky:

  • Near Gem Dealers: look beside the corner storefront's roller shutters for the green sign pointing toward the Farm Zone.
  • Near Central Pharmacy: look around the pharmacy plaza for the yellow skull landmark labeled Farm Zone, near the fenced grounds.
  • From farther away: match the yellow skull landmark to the same icon on the top compass when the distant name is only partly visible.

These sky symbols mark the game's key locations — the gun store works the same way — so once you can read the icons, you can find the Farm Zone from almost anywhere.

The repeatable farming loop

The Farm Zone cash loop

  1. Travel to the Farm Zone

Read the sky symbols and the compass icon, then head for the marked area.

  2. Let the bots engage

Up to 10 NPC bots spawn at a time, and they come to you, chasing you around the zone.

  3. Kill them and loot the bodies

Shoot the NPCs down and collect the money from each body.

  4. Keep moving and repeat

More bots keep spawning, so keep running the area and clearing spawns for as long as you want to farm.

The loop has no set end point: new NPCs keep spawning while you stay in the zone, so you can repeat it indefinitely.

Two details worth knowing while you run it:

  • The bots are yours alone. One streamer explains that the NPCs spawn individually per player, so nobody else sees the bots you see — you are not competing with anyone over them.
  • It scales with time spent. In one beta session, a player showed about 8,000 cash already looted from bodies and was holding roughly 2 million after about an hour of running the zone. Treat those numbers as single-session examples rather than guaranteed rates — the point is that the loop keeps paying for as long as you keep clearing spawns.

What each kill pays

Individual NPC kills paid roughly 950-1,300 cash each in the observed session. When chat claimed body shots pay more than headshots, one player tested it live: the headshot paid 960 and the body-shot kill paid 950 — essentially identical. His conclusion was that NPC payouts are effectively random rather than placement-based. That was a single-session test, but nothing in it suggests aiming for the body earns extra, so kill the bots however you finish them fastest.

PvP payouts come through the same green-notification system, with recorded examples of 2,500 cash for an individual rifle kill and 1,000 cash as a reward near downed targets with a purple long gun. Those are individual examples rather than fixed rates, so expect payouts to vary.

Farming or PvP?

Players disagree about which source is better, and the honest answer is that both work. One streamer said PvP earns money but farming pays more; another said nearly all the money from his first day came from PvP, with only a little farming on the side.

The practical difference is the kind of fight you want. The Farm Zone gives you a repeatable grind where the targets chase you; PvP pays per player kill, but you are fighting opponents who shoot back. Farm the zone when you want income that does not depend on outplaying other people, and take PvP fights when you feel confident — neither route is wrong.

Before you start grinding

  • Expect a real fight. The bots chase you around the zone and can eventually take you down, so farm actively instead of standing still. Urban Reload also has weapon loss — the official description flatly warns that you lose your weapons — so do not farm with a gun you cannot afford to lose.
  • Pick a weapon you can fight with. Because each bot pays a small amount, your income comes from how quickly you clear spawns. The guns list and best guns pages help you choose, and the weapon loss guide explains what dying costs you.
